We do not offer refunds on nail services especially after a week or more has passed, regardless of the reason.
Our services are provided with care and attention to quality. If something goes wrong and it's due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly fix it at no extra charge.
However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including changes of mind or dissatisfaction after extended wear.
